Cagliari is easily accessible via its International Airport, Cagliari Elmas (IATA: CAG), which offers frequent flights to major European cities. There are frequent flights with stopovers in Rome and Milan. The conference venue is conveniently reachable by train from the airport between 7 am to 10 pm.
At other times, transportation is provided by taxis: there is a fixed fare for connections between the airport and various parts of the city (25-30 euros), but waiting times may be long. Taxis can be booked via call to one of the cooperatives or through the apps (appTaxi, itTaxi, or Uber).
For those arriving by train, Cagliari’s central train station is a short bus ride from the conference location (bus lines 5 and 8). If you prefer to drive, rental cars are available at the airport, and parking is available near the venue, subject to availability.
