All paper submissions must be written in English and must be formatted in standard IEEE 2-column format. The mandatory IEEE template in Microsoft Word and LaTeX format can be found at the IEEE templates page. Only Adobe PDF files will be accepted for the review process. All submissions must be made electronically through EDAS.
The link to the EDAS submission page will be available soon.Submitted papers should describe novel research contributions and are limited in length to six (6) printed pages (10-point font), including figures, tables, and references. Papers exceeding six (6) pages will not be accepted at EDAS, nor reviewed at all.
When preparing your manuscript, please make sure that your paper contains no headers, no footers, and no page numbers, and that fonts are embedded in the PDF. The review process is single-blind, so authors’ names must appear in the paper. Check that your page size is A4 (8.3 by 11.7 inches (210 mm x 297 mm). To change the paper size and to properly set the margins, please use the following LaTeX commands at the beginning of the document:

NOTE: EDAS has a bug in the topic selection when submitting your paper. As a workaround, we kindly ask you to first create your paper (title, abstract) without selecting any topic. Then, after uploading your paper, you will be able to add between 1-4 topics. Please do not forget to add the topics at that stage so that reviewers can claim papers based on topics of expertise.
